Children of God are loving, pursue righteousness, and profess the truth at all times. We must also be on guard for false prophets - which are very real and plentiful in our world. We can know if a person is truly of God, through the discerning of His spirit, the discerning of His Spirit and by asking: 1) who they say that Jesus is and 2) whether or not they submit to the authority of the Bible.
