Passage: 1 John 3:1–24
This week, Pastor Matt takes us through the third chapter of 1 John (vs. 1-24). In this passage John is reminding his audience of their identity as children of God. Therefore, we should live like/be like Christ, practicing righteousness rather than sin. When we do sin, we have assurance, through faith, that we are forgiven and washed clean of our sin as a result of the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus!
